Plan for 500 pieces per design and colour. Fabric, silhouette, waistband, pockets, branding and packing must be reviewed in the final quotation.
Yes. Specify waistband height, rise, knee and hem widths, then review the leg line on representative sizes.
Review the chosen fabric on a wearer during seated and bent poses and after agreed care; a flat swatch is insufficient.
Provide dimensions and placement. Test seated comfort and pocket use in the complete sample.
Compare selected stretch interlock or jersey articles for hand feel, return, coverage, drape and care.
Plan 10–15 days for sampling from a complete brief and 15–30 days for production at the applicable MOQ after PP and material approval. Confirm by quotation; freight is separate.
Provide artwork, placement, label and pack instructions; assess decoration on the chosen fabric.
Check finished waist, hip, rise, thigh, knee, inseam and opening measurements and fit representative sizes.
Send intended use, reference, knit target, silhouette, rise, inseam, waistband, gusset, pockets, chart, artwork, quantities and destination.
Yoga pants manufacturing in Bangladesh begins with the intended wearer, movement and silhouette. Studio yoga pants designed for slow practice are not necessarily the same as bottoms meant for travel or an everyday athleisure collection. Describe whether the buyer wants a close leg, straight leg or soft flare, and identify the height and feeling of the waist. Custom yoga pants become easier to evaluate when the brief includes a reference garment, finished chart, knit requirements and the activities used to test fit.
A sample should be tried on through seated positions, forward folds, lunges and walking. Watch whether the band rolls, the crotch seam presses, the knees distort or a flared hem hangs unevenly. Check coverage in appropriate light and after care. Record observations against the specific fabric and size tested; one attractive photograph cannot establish a reliable fit across the assortment.
Keep one approved specification for each style and colour. Name the accepted fabric article, pattern, grade, waistband, gusset, pockets, seam method, branding and packing. A repeat colour can share a pattern, but a changed knit or elastic may alter drape and hold. Retest material substitutions rather than assuming equivalent performance from a similar fibre label.
Softness alone does not select a yoga-pant knit. Compare candidate materials for extension, recovery, surface, weight, opacity and how the leg falls when worn. A fabric may look refined as a swatch yet expose a different texture at the knee or bend. Test the chosen article in the actual pattern after the agreed care cycle. For flared yoga pants, observe how the hem falls and whether both legs hang with the same line.
High rise yoga pants need a waistband that stays comfortable during seated work and remains stable through a forward fold. Specify height, finished circumference, elastic construction and seam location. Balance support with freedom of movement. Check the band on more than one wearer and size. A waist that holds in a standing pose may behave differently after several minutes of sitting or bending.
Where panels or mesh are proposed, check transition seams and the fabric around them. Coverage must be reviewed on the complete garment rather than asserted from a fibre percentage. The buyer should approve visible properties under stated conditions, and care instructions should be supported by the tested fabric, elastic and decoration.
A yoga pants waistband can use a folded body panel, internal elastic or another buyer-approved construction. Each approach changes thickness, hold and appearance. Define the desired feel before sampling. If a waist pocket is requested, specify what it must hold and inspect whether its opening or contents change the band shape. Keep seams low-bulk where they touch the body, but approve the actual construction rather than a generic comfort claim.
A yoga pants gusset may improve seam placement and seated comfort when correctly shaped for the pattern. Mark dimensions and fabric. Review the complete sample during movement and check alignment from inside and outside. Leg shape deserves equal attention: straight leg yoga pants need a consistent line, while a flare requires proportionate knee and hem measurements. Confirm opening widths on both sides.
Yoga pants size grading should define waist, hip, rise, thigh, knee, inseam and opening at named measurement points. Include tolerances and a base pattern reference. Approve representative smaller and larger sizes before treating one base sample as the whole range. Check that rise, waistband tension, pocket access and leg line remain intentional after grading.
Private label yoga pants may carry a discreet heat transfer, waistband mark, hang tag or coordinated retail pack. Keep decoration away from zones of heavy stretch or abrasion when possible. Supply original artwork, target size, colour and placement measured from stable seams. Review it on the selected knit after the agreed care process; a design shown on a digital mock-up is not a production approval.
Pilates yoga pants and wellness ranges may use the same brand system across several silhouettes, but a curved waist or pocket can shift visual placement. Check both a smaller and larger size. Retain accepted files and positions with the purchase order. For a capsule collection, make sure the colour and label presentation are consistent while allowing each style to keep its own fit and measurement chart.
The GINETEX textile-care symbol reference explains recognised care marks. Determine final instructions from the actual fabric, elastic, seams and decoration that were tested. Agree origin, size, barcode, fold and bag details before bulk work, then check the packed product against the approved reference.
Wholesale yoga pants should be priced from a complete specification. The working minimum is 500 pieces per design and colour, subject to the final product quotation. A special knit, custom colour, unusual waistband, gusset, pocket or decoration may affect the feasible minimum. Bulk yoga pants planning should therefore start with material availability and construction, not only with a silhouette name.
Sampling may take 10–15 days after a complete brief. At the applicable MOQ, production may take 15–30 days after PP sample and material approval. These are planning windows, not an arrival promise. Pattern corrections, late artwork, dyeing or a changed fabric can alter the schedule. Confirm packing and international transit separately. Quote the final dates only after the specification and approvals are known.
Share destination and target arrival with the first inquiry. Work backwards through freight, packing, inspection, sewing, cutting, material allocation and sample approval. Keep written decisions on fit, fabric, trim and decoration. If the buyer changes a flare width or waistband after sampling, identify what must be remade and reset the timetable before approving bulk.
A yoga pants factory should inspect production against the accepted pattern, knit and worn sample. Measure waist, hip, rise, thigh, knee, inseam and leg opening by size. Review shade, stretch return, waistband hold, gusset, seam comfort, pocket construction and hem balance. For a flared style, compare left and right legs while the garment hangs naturally. Verify decoration and labels against signed files.
Export yoga pants should be easy for a receiving team to sort. Distinguish silhouette, length, colour and size on the approved folding, bag, sticker and carton plan. Count finished garments against the size breakdown, not only the total carton number. Check barcode and packing marks before dispatch. A straight-leg and a flare should never be mixed simply because they share a fabric and colour.
For repeat orders, retain the graded measurements, pattern, fabric article, waistband components, gusset, pocket, stitch method, art and packaging file. A replacement knit may change recovery and drape even when the composition looks close. Test it before declaring the order identical. Confirm current MOQ and lead time for every new run. Good records support consistent export yoga pants without hiding necessary product-specific changes.
