Planning begins at 500 pieces per design and colour. The final minimum depends on fabric, decoration and the product-specific quotation.
Yes. Provide a reference and finished size chart for the intended wearer. Test regular, athletic or relaxed fits in representative movement.
Provide transfer, print or reflective artwork, label files and exact placement. Test stretch and wearer comfort on the actual fabric.
Specify crew or V-neck, set-in or raglan sleeve, hem shape and any ventilation panels on the technical drawing.
No. Behaviour depends on the actual fabric and test conditions. Ask for appropriate results before making a measurable moisture or drying claim.
Sampling is estimated at 10–15 days. Production may be planned for 20–45 days after PP and material approval. Custom fabric, decoration, tests and order volume can change the quote; freight is separate.
Agree folding, bags, barcodes, size stickers, team or retail assortments and shipping marks before dispatch.
Retain the accepted pattern, fabric article, test data, sample and artwork. Recheck material and print availability before repeat production.
Share activity, fit, size chart, fabric and weight, panels, artwork, colour-size quantities, packing and destination.
Training t-shirt manufacturing in Bangladesh should begin with the activity rather than a generic jersey specification. Gym training shirts, distance-running tops and club practice tees face different movement, heat and coverage demands. State the expected wearer, climate and fit before requesting fabric suggestions. Custom training t-shirts can then be developed around a measurable brief instead of a loose instruction to make them sporty. Include the intended use in both sample comments and the quotation request.
Provide front and back views with finished chest, shoulder, body, sleeve and neckline measurements. Mark any panel or curved hem. If a physical reference exists, explain what should change. The first sample is a fit tool, not automatic permission to cut bulk. Test it during reach, bend and normal exercise movement. Record whether it clings, rides up, becomes transparent or restricts the arm.
Keep one current technical file for every design and colour. It should identify the approved fabric article, size chart, print artwork, labels and packing. When an artwork size changes or a knit is substituted, review the sample and price again. Clear version control helps a training t-shirt factory keep repeat orders consistent without assuming a new material behaves like the last one.
Performance knit fabric is selected for the training environment. Polyester jersey can be light and easy to decorate, while textured bird-eye knit may change airflow and appearance. Micro-mesh can be used in targeted panels, but transparency and seam stability require review. Polyester-spandex blends may give closer fits more stretch. Compare actual swatches and finished samples for hand feel, weight, opacity, recovery and care before choosing one for bulk.
Breathable training tees need a complete-garment check. A mesh back panel can support airflow but may sit under a backpack or interfere with a print. Lightweight sports t-shirts should still provide the coverage the buyer expects in bright light and after exercise. Test the chosen colour as well as the fabric structure; a dark swatch does not predict the appearance of a pale finished tee.
Moisture management testing is important when a brand wants measurable claims. Wicking, absorbency, drying rate and air permeability are different behaviours. Ask which method and threshold will support the planned description. A generic phrase like quick-dry should not replace evidence from the selected fabric. Even with sound fabric data, fit and ventilation affect wearer experience, so examine both technical results and the garment in movement.
Athletic fit t-shirts need enough reach without excess fabric bunching at the side. Confirm whether the target is a close training fit, a regular fit or a relaxed gym shape. Review shoulder line, neckline depth, sleeve opening, body length and hem curve. A raglan sleeve can change mobility and branding placement compared with a set-in sleeve. Fit representative sizes on intended wearers rather than approving only a medium sample.
Panel seams must follow the approved pattern and fabric stretch direction. A lighter side or back panel should not distort the main body. Specify panel width, seam type and how it joins at the armhole and hem. Check rubbing during movement. For running training tops, a poorly located seam can matter more to the wearer than a small difference in fabric weight.
Measure the finished sample at named points with tolerances. If the knit stretches noticeably under its own weight, check how length and width behave after care. Set grading rules for youth, women or unisex ranges as separate decisions when needed. A proportionate sleeve, neckline and hem should survive grading, not just the chest measurement.
Private label training tees may use heat transfers, screen print, sublimation on compatible polyester, reflective graphics or selected small embroidery. Send artwork in its final dimensions and position. A stiff logo can feel uncomfortable on a light stretch knit, while a large print can reduce local airflow. Test the chosen process on the actual fabric and worn sample before bulk approval.
Custom gym t-shirts often need neck branding, care labels, size markers, hangtags and barcodes as well as a visible logo. Agree whether each element is printed, woven or heat applied. Check that label edges do not scratch the wearer and that decoration remains legible after the agreed care trial. Keep an artwork version and signed sample so placement checks have a clear standard.
The GINETEX care-symbol reference explains textile-care marks. Final instructions should follow testing of the selected knit and decoration. For export training t-shirts, agree polybag, folding, size stickers, carton assortments and shipping marks before the packing stage. A performance claim and a care label should describe the same approved material.
Bulk training t-shirts may be planned from 500 pieces per design and colour. Treat that number as a planning minimum until a quotation confirms fabric availability, print method, trim and size breakdown. A standard polyester training tee and a panelled reflective version may not share the same sourcing or cost. If the buyer asks for custom dyed fabric or unusual sizes, reconfirm the minimum instead of assuming the first figure applies unchanged.
Sampling is estimated at 10–15 days once the brief, measurement chart, fabric and artwork are ready. Production may be planned for 20–45 days after pre-production and material approval. These are working ranges rather than a promise of delivery at the destination. Custom fabric development, complex print placement, testing or large quantities can lengthen the schedule. International freight remains separate.
Tell the supplier the destination and target arrival date at inquiry stage. Build the timetable backward through freight, packing, decoration, sewing, cutting, fabric and approvals. If the buyer changes knit structure or graphic coverage, request a revised sample and schedule. Written approval of the current product prevents an old print file or fabric article from carrying into a new order.
Quality checks for wholesale training t-shirts compare bulk garments with the approved sample, size chart and artwork. Measure chest, shoulder, sleeve, body and neckline. Inspect fabric shade, surface, seam stretch, panel joins, loose threads and decoration placement. Check opacity and movement on a worn garment where practical. If a claim is part of the product brief, keep the corresponding material test record with inspection documents.
Agree how each tee is folded and bagged and how colours and sizes are grouped. Provide barcode data, size stickers, team allocations and carton marks. Keep printed or reflective areas from rubbing or sticking during packing. Count finished and packed quantities against the purchase order, then document any agreed allowance by size and shade.
Repeat production works best when the accepted pattern, fabric article, sample, artwork and packing files are retained. If a knit is replaced, compare stretch, coverage, care and decoration result with the old version. A similar colour does not guarantee similar wearer comfort. Confirm any MOQ or lead-time change before booking the repeat. This disciplined approach helps private label buyers scale a successful training tee without losing its fit or identity.
