Planning begins at 300 complete sets per design and colour. Fabric, trims, branding and the product-specific quotation confirm the actual minimum.
Tell us your size-pairing requirement at inquiry stage. The order and packing plan must identify the jacket and pant sizes in each set.
Yes. Provide artwork, placement, decoration method and labels for both pieces. Approve the decorated set before bulk.
Provide drawings for collar, zipper, pockets, cuffs and panels, plus waistband, drawcord, trouser pockets and leg opening.
Yes, if the sample confirms coordinated shade, comfort, care behaviour and the intended appearance across both pieces.
Sampling is estimated at 10–15 days. At the applicable MOQ, production may be planned for 15–30 days after PP and material approval. The final quotation confirms timing; freight is separate.
Agree whether sets are bagged together or separately and record size pairing, barcodes, carton assortments and shipping marks.
Retain both patterns, approved fabrics, trim codes, sample, artwork and packing files. Recheck availability and any changes before a repeat order.
Share jacket and pant references, use, fabric and weight, both size charts, trims, branding, set-size quantities, packing and destination.
Tracksuit manufacturing in Bangladesh begins with two garments that must function as one product. A buyer may want a lightweight training layer, a travel set for a club, a school sport uniform or a fashion-led collection. Each brief changes the desired jacket length, pant silhouette, fabric weight and trim. State the use before selecting materials. Custom tracksuits are easiest to develop when front and back views of both garments are supplied with a set-size range and intended wearer. The tracksuit jacket and pants need a shared design brief; a single sketch rarely explains how the pieces should look together.
Measure the jacket at chest, shoulder, sleeve and body. Measure trousers at waist, hip, rise, inseam and leg opening. Give tolerances for each point and explain whether jacket and pant sizes may be mixed. Fit a complete set on representative wearers, then ask them to reach, sit and walk. A jacket can look balanced on its own yet sit awkwardly over high-rise pants. Assess the combination before signing off separate pieces.
Keep one current specification for each design and colour. Identify the jacket and trouser pattern versions, fabric articles, zipper, drawcord, labels, artwork and packing. If one piece changes, review the set again. This discipline helps a tracksuit factory repeat the approved relationship between the top and bottom rather than producing two unrelated garments.
A polyester tracksuit fabric can be knitted or woven, smooth or textured, light or brushed. Compare actual swatches for weight, opacity, stretch, recovery and agreed care behaviour. Polyester interlock may create a clean surface for panels and transfers. Tricot has a different drape and hand feel. A stretch tracksuit fabric can offer mobility, but the waistband, cuffs and seam construction also influence comfort. Review the complete sample instead of assuming fibre content predicts performance.
The jacket and pants do not always need identical construction. A lined travel jacket with lighter trousers may suit one programme. Another buyer may prefer a uniform knit across the whole set. If materials differ, compare their shades under useful light and after the agreed care test. Piping, rib and mesh panels should be checked against the body colours. Confirm whether both pieces can be cared for under the same instructions before planning a single set label.
Check shoulder reach, underarm ease, collar contact, knee movement and sitting comfort. Add practical pockets and secure openings where the activity calls for them. Discuss breathable panels as a design choice, not an untested performance promise. If the buyer needs a measurable fabric claim, define its test method and approve the selected article before using that claim in product descriptions.
Specify whether the jacket has a stand collar, hood or simple neckline, and whether the opening uses a full zipper. Draw its pockets, panels, piping, cuffs and hem. Identify zipper tape colour, teeth, slider and puller. Check how the front aligns at the neck and waist when zipped. A decorative panel that misses its counterpart across the zipper can spoil the appearance of an otherwise sound sample.
For the pants, settle the rise, waistband height, drawcord, pocket construction, leg profile and ankle opening. Tapered and straight legs feel different during warm-up and travel. An ankle zip can help a wearer change over footwear, but it introduces another trim and inspection point. Try the waistband while sitting and moving. It should hold the set in place without excessive pressure or twisting.
Tracksuit size grading needs separate rules for jacket and pants. Do not scale only chest and waist. Track sleeve, body, thigh, inseam, knee and leg opening changes across the range. If mixed sizes are offered, create a clear pairing table for order entry and packing. Check representative small, middle and large sizes before committing to bulk production.
Private label tracksuits may carry crests, player initials, sponsor marks, contrast panels, piping or custom zipper pullers. Provide artwork files with dimensions, colour references and placement for both pieces. Test embroidery or transfer application on the selected fabric and check its effect on stretch and hand feel. Custom tracksuit branding should be visible where intended without making a warm-up garment stiff or uncomfortable.
Team tracksuits often need the same colours across different sizes and repeat orders. Keep a physical colour standard and record fabric, thread, transfer and trim references. Training tracksuits may use larger identity panels, while a retail range may prefer subtler marks. These are choices for the buyer to specify, not a reason to reuse generic copy or assume the same production plan for every set.
The GINETEX care-symbol reference describes recognised textile-care marks. Final care labels should reflect tests on the actual fabric and decoration. Agree size, brand, country and barcode information with the buyer. Review the decorated complete set and retain the signed artwork version beside the approved sample.
Wholesale tracksuits may be planned from 300 complete sets per design and colour. The actual minimum is confirmed by quotation after the jacket and pant fabrics, colour, zipper, lining, artwork, labels and size allocation are reviewed. A simple stock-fabric set and a custom-dyed, multi-panel style need different material commitments. Bulk tracksuits should therefore be costed from the final two-piece specification rather than a headline figure alone.
Sampling is estimated at 10–15 days when both patterns, measurements, materials and artwork are ready. At the applicable MOQ, production may be planned for 15–30 days after pre-production sample and material approval. These are working ranges, not delivery guarantees. Special trims, custom fabric, extensive personalisation or high quantities can extend the schedule. Shipping time is additional and depends on destination and method.
Provide target arrival date early. Work backward through freight, set packing, decoration, sewing, fabric preparation and approval. If a buyer changes the pant fit after the jacket is approved, update the complete set record and request a revised sample when needed. Written approval of both pieces keeps purchase orders, production files and final inspection aligned.
Quality checks for two-piece sportswear sets compare every jacket and pant with the approved sample and separate measurement charts. Inspect jacket zipper function, collar shape, pocket placement, cuff and hem; inspect trouser waistband recovery, drawcord, pockets, leg seams and ankle finish. Review fabric shade and panel alignment across both garments. Check branding position, thread trimming and agreed care behaviour where the programme requires it.
For export tracksuits, define whether the garments are folded and bagged together or separately. If they are packed as a set, label the jacket and trouser sizes clearly. Record barcode, colour, set count and carton assortment against the order. A packing mistake can leave a team with the right number of jackets but the wrong pant-size allocation. Check packed quantities by set, not only by individual garment.
Repeat orders depend on retaining accepted patterns, fabrics, trims, artwork, sample and packing files for both pieces. If one article is unavailable, review shade, drape, fit and care before calling the replacement equivalent. Confirm any change to the MOQ or lead time in the new quotation. Good records make a coordinated tracksuit programme easier to replenish without losing the fit and identity buyers originally approved.
