FIT THE MOVEMENT. RECORD THE STANDARD.
Approve stretch, seams and grading on a complete compression shirt.
Use 500 pieces per design and colour as a provisional planning minimum until a product-specific quotation confirms fabric availability and construction. Different fabric articles, colour development and specialised seams can change the feasible minimum, so the confirmed offer must control. Sampling may take 20–30 days and production at the applicable MOQ another 20–30 days after PP and material approval; the final schedule depends on the specification and order.

Use 500 pieces per design and colour as a provisional planning minimum. Fabric availability, colour development and the final quotation must confirm the actual minimum.
Yes. Define the wearer, intended use, fabric stretch and fit target, then assess a worn sample rather than using one universal pattern reduction.
Specify sleeve length, taper, cuff finish and placement of any contrast panel. Fit the selected size range before bulk.
Compare flatlock, coverstitch or another approved construction for stretch, profile, durability and wearer comfort.
Compare selected stretch knits for recovery, opacity, weight, shade, hand feel and the agreed care result.
A provisional estimate is 20–30 days for sampling and 20–30 days for production at the applicable MOQ after PP and material approval. Confirm in the quotation; freight is separate.
Share artwork, dimensions and positions. Test the decoration on the selected stretch material before approving production.
Keep the accepted pattern, grade, fabric article, seam standard, artwork, labels and packing file. Recheck material availability.
Send intended activity, fit reference, sleeve choice, fabric requirement, chart, seam preferences, artwork, quantity and destination.
Compression shirts manufacturing in Bangladesh begins with a clear use case. A close-fitting base layer beneath a team uniform is not automatically the same garment as an outer training top or a retail activewear piece. Identify the wearer, climate, activity and desired amount of hold. Custom compression shirts need a reference garment, fabric requirement, finished chart and views showing neckline, sleeve and panel layout. The team can then test one defined construction rather than guessing from the product name.
Describe the movement that matters: overhead reach, body rotation, sprinting, lifting or repeated bending. The hem should stay where intended and the sleeve should move without twisting. Check whether panel seams press on the wearer under equipment or another garment. A technical drawing cannot establish comfort alone. Fit comments from a worn sample make the approval useful for bulk production.
Keep one accepted specification per style and colour. Attach pattern version, fabric article, fit notes, seam type, artwork, labels and packing. The close fit depends on the fabric’s extension and return, so a substitute article can change the result even when the cutting pattern is unchanged. Clear records support reorders and reduce avoidable corrections.
Four-way stretch compression shirts require more than a fibre percentage. Compare the actual knit for extension, recovery, opacity, weight, hand feel and colour stability. Compression shirt fabric recovery describes whether the material returns toward its original shape after movement. Test representative panels and the finished garment under the buyer-approved care conditions. If the fabric relaxes or shows through when stretched, adjust the article or fit before bulk.
A compression base layer shirts programme needs a pattern matched to the chosen material. Negative ease means the garment measures smaller than the body in selected areas, but no single reduction suits every knit or wearer. Review chest, waist, shoulder, sleeve and body length together. A size set should confirm that the close fit is deliberate, not an unintended restriction or a rolling hem.
Mesh panels can change airflow and surface appearance, but they also change opacity and seam behaviour. Test any panel against the main fabric after washing and during movement. Avoid performance claims that have not been agreed and supported by testing. Select material and construction for the intended job, then describe only characteristics the approved sample demonstrates.
Long sleeve compression shirts need enough arm movement without excess fabric at the elbow or a cuff that rides up. Short sleeve compression shirts should hold their shape around the upper arm without digging in. Specify sleeve taper, length, cuff finish and shoulder construction. Compare a representative small and large size, because the behaviour of the base sample may not carry perfectly through the range.
Flatlock compression shirts may reduce bulky seam allowances, but seam choice still depends on fabric stretch, machinery, desired appearance and skin-contact comfort. Coverstitch or another approved construction may suit hems or selected panel joins. Check seam stretch after repeated movement, then review thread tension, panel alignment and loose-end finishing. A low-profile seam that breaks or puckers is not an approved improvement.
Compression shirt size grading should include chest, waist, body length, shoulder, armhole, sleeve and opening measurements. Give tolerances and measurement points. Fit the size set on relevant wearers and identify any change to the grade before accepting production. Written approval should name both pattern and fabric article so an apparently small substitution does not silently change the promised fit.
Private label compression shirts can carry a transfer, small team crest, contrast stitching, neck label or branded pack. Decoration must move with the fabric and withstand the agreed care process. Supply vector artwork, dimensions, colours and placement measured from stable landmarks. Avoid placing a stiff graphic over a highly stretched panel or a seam that meets the wearer’s skin.
Team compression shirts may need consistent marks across men’s, women’s or youth size ranges. A graphic that looks balanced on the base size may need a size-specific placement check. Record whether player identification, sponsor art or a club badge is required, then approve the complete decorated sample. Keep the accepted file version with the purchase order instead of relying on an email preview.
The GINETEX care-symbol reference explains common textile-care marks. Final care instructions must follow testing of the chosen fabric, decoration and construction. Agree size labels, origin information, barcodes and folding before bulk. The label and pack are part of the approved product, not finishing details to decide after sewing.
Wholesale compression shirts should be quoted against an exact fabric and construction. A provisional planning minimum is 500 pieces per design and colour, subject to a confirmed offer. Stock material, custom colour development, panel layout and sewing requirements can affect a feasible minimum. Do not treat the planning figure as an unconditional commitment. Bulk compression shirts with a special material, panel map or colour may require a different minimum.
A provisional sample window is 20–30 days when the brief, fabric and chart are ready. Production at the applicable MOQ may then take 20–30 days after pre-production sample and material approval. A corrected fit, revised artwork or unavailable knit can change the schedule. International freight and clearance add separate time. The quotation should state the confirmed minimum, development milestones and production basis.
Share target arrival date and destination at inquiry. Work backward through freight, packing, decoration, sewing, cutting, fabric readiness and sample approval. If the buyer changes sleeve type, fit or seam construction after sampling, update the technical record and timing. A precise plan protects both a new launch and a repeat style.
A compression shirts factory should compare bulk output with the approved pattern, fabric and sample. Measure chest, waist, length, shoulder and sleeves by size. Check stretch and recovery, shade, opacity, panel symmetry, neckline and hem hold. Inspect seam stretch and comfort, then compare decoration position and durability. These checks matter more for a close-fit garment because small deviations can be felt on the body.
Export compression shirts need an agreed fold, bag, size sticker, barcode and carton assortment. Identify long- and short-sleeve versions, fit blocks and colours clearly. Count finished quantities by size and style against the order and verify the packed breakdown. A warehouse should be able to distinguish versions without opening every unit.
For a repeat order, retain the accepted pattern, graded chart, fabric article, thread and seam standard, graphics, labels and packing file. If a knit is replaced, retest fit, recovery, opacity and care before calling the garment unchanged. Ask the team to confirm current MOQ and timing for each repeat. Good records make revisions deliberate and allow a growing collection to keep a recognisable fit.
